Twenty years ago, inspired by the grace of bodybuilding and the resilience of boxing champions, I stumbled upon a genuine love for fitness. Delving into kickboxing, powerlifting, and boxing, these pursuits gradually became not just a lifestyle, but a personal addiction. This immersion naturally led me into the world of fitness coaching, a role I've embraced since 2010.

In 2013, I humbly received my first certification from Les Mills and ventured into conducting group fitness sessions. What truly brings me joy is the opportunity to work alongside individuals as their coach.

My motivation lies in witnessing the beautiful transformation of my clients into the healthiest, happiest, and most confident versions of themselves. I'm here to guide you through a simplified, enjoyable, and sustainable journey of body transformation.
