Frequently asked questions
If you reserve a spot and don’t cancel in time, you will be charged a 10€ fee, even if you use a MultiSport card.
For evening classes: Cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts.
For morning classes: Cancel by 20:00 the night before.
We charge the fee to keep things fair for everyone and ensure others have the opportunity to join if a spot becomes available.
Simply let us know within the cancellation window, and there won’t be any charges. We understand plans can change, and we appreciate your cooperation!
