Service Description
A focused session targeting the entire upper body: Shoulders, chest, back, biceps, and triceps plus a strong emphasis on abs. The workout combines strength, toning, and fat-burning using dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight exercises. Expect a solid mix of pressing, pulling, and isolation moves to build balance, power, and definition. Goal: Stronger upper body, defined shoulders and arms, and tighter, more visible abs. The pace is powerful — you’ll feel the pump within the first 15 minutes.

Frequently asked questions
If you reserve a spot and don’t cancel in time, you will be charged a 10€ fee, even if you use a MultiSport card.
For evening classes: Cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts.
For morning classes: Cancel by 20:00 the night before.
We charge the fee to keep things fair for everyone and ensure others have the opportunity to join if a spot becomes available.
Simply let us know within the cancellation window, and there won’t be any charges. We understand plans can change, and we appreciate your cooperation!
